Vessels for Aquaculture We focus on vessels for processing and stund & bleed transport of fish from the cage to the salmon processing facility. How well the vessels perform depends on the crew's competence and experience on board. Our strategy is therefore to have a stable and the same crew on board our vessels, even in periods with lower activity. It is important to maintain the competence and experience we have built up over the years. With this solution, the result is best for all parties is our experience. For the cargo vessels, we have Stun & Bleed approval from the Norwegian Food Authorities (NMA) for each vessel. We have Global G.A.P. approval for all vessels. The vessels are optimized with regard to the primary operation that is performed, partners and area of operation. The vessels and their systems are high-tech and have built-in redundancy for critical systems and can guarantee safe operations for the environment, the fish, the customer and the crew. "VOLT Processor" The vessel is equipped with a treatment system for lice. Experience from many previous versions and other processing systems has been used to create this VOLT configuration. It is optimized for fish welfare and gentle treatment - and to be able to vary the treatment parameters. It is unique that the system is designed to combine flushing / waterfall and temperature change for treatment where one varies the strength of flushing / waterfall and temperature. This will reduce the risk that the lice's resistance will build up. Treatment system: Optimized design for fish welfare. Comprehensive automatic hygiene system. Oxygen-enriched seawater can be added in the treatment vessels and in cages. Extensive monitoring of treatment water and fish flow. 16 inch SeaQuest pumps with constant water flow. High processing capacity, efficiently more than 200 tons per hour. Minimum lifting height and more space in the processing vessels for the fish. Improved distribution system between treatment vessels. Fish counters with internal camera surveillance for visual control of fish flow. All treatment data is automatically logged and you get all the details in a treatment report afterwards.
