HSEQ Policy The Company is operated to the highest ethical standards and obeys by all relevant acts and regulations. The management is responsible for communicating this ethical standard to all employees and for ensuring the adherence to this. The monitoring and evaluation of Company’s Policies will be an on-going process, monitored by the management. Captains are responsible to support the implementation of these policies on board by ensuring that the Policies are posted, known and complied with. Confidentiality clause Any information issued by the Company or the Company`s customers may be classified as confidential if relevant and necessary. When such classification is in place, no Company-employee or employee belonging to any subcontractors employed by the Company, may endanger or breach said confidentiality under any circumstances. Any breach of confidentiality may lead to termination of contract.
