Quality policy

Remøy Management (Company) has quality as one of its main assets. The quality of Company vessels, operations, competence, and customer focus shall be visible through our Total Management Systems. 

 

The Company shall continually develop and enhance high quality management to ensure outstanding performance in maritime operations. A Total Management System has been developed to meet the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001.

The Company will achieve the quality objectives by:

 

  • Working to meet and satisfy customers’ requirements.
  • Managing and operating according to the highest professional standard.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable national and international maritime legislation.
  • Positively engaging with all stakeholders.
  • Implementing effective methods of internal communication and auditing.
  • Using systems to control Total Management System documents and records.
  • Working to continually improve the Total Management System.
  • Utilising effective procurement processes.
  • Developing an HSEQ Action plan with periodical objectives and targets.
  • Holding regular Management Reviews. Initial and periodical review of contracts.
  • Using processes for the reporting and handling non-conformities to initiate corrective and preventive actions.
